FAQ - How can I know if a reservation is eligible for an upgrade?

The Assign Room stop in the Check In train displays an upgrade message if the reservation is eligible for an upgrade. The upgrade message provides an alert and a link to room upgrade options.

To upgrade an eligible reservation:

1. Select the upgrade message. The Available Upgrade screen displays.
2. Select rooms and upgrade amounts.
3. Select Upgrade to continue Check In.

Upgrades are available only if the property has configured upgrades and the reservation upgrade function is active. Room upgrade offerings are based on the Upgrade Rules configured by the property.
