FAQ - How do I create new room conditions?

You can assign room conditions to rooms by selecting New on the search results screen. After the New Rooms Condition pop-up displays, do the following:

  1. Enter or select a room number.
  2. Select a Condition from the options presented. Select Thumbnail or Table to change the display of options (scroll to see options).
  3. Enter Remarks, if needed.
  4. Select Set Condition.

NOTE: Room Conditions must be manually deleted in order to remove the condition. To delete a room condition, search for the room, select it from your search results, and then select Delete. Affirm the Delete Confirmation warning.
