The Auto Populate Routing function attaches the routing instructions of one profile to another profile, such as a company or travel agent. In order for the routing instructions to pass to the other profile, the two profiles must be associated.

You can associate a reservation profile with a company or travel agent profile using the Look To Book sales screen:

Create a reservation using Look To Book.
Enter the guest's reservation requirements (stay dates, number of guests, etc.).
Enter the profile name of the company or travel agent whose routing instructions the reservation is to use. (Note the fields for Company / Corporate ID and Travel Agent / IATA No.)
Complete the Look To Book reservation.

The Auto Populate Routing function generates a pop-up confirmation message at the time a reservation is made if the Auto Populate Routing is active in the Associated Profile's routing instructions.
