FAQ - How do I create a new Out of Order room?
To create a new Out of Order room, open the Out of Order jump on the Room Management Workspace. When the Search screen displays, select New in the search results area. After the Set Rooms Out of Order screen displays, complete the necessary sections.

Enter or select the room to be placed Out of Order. |
From Date |
Enter or select the date you want the room to be identified as Out of Order. |
Through Date |
Enter or select the end date for the room to be Out of Order. |
Reason |
Enter or select a reason for the room to be Out of Order. You can display the selections in either Thumbnail view or Table view. |
Return Status |
Select a room status for when the room is no longer Out of Order (which makes the room available for sale). |
Remarks |
Use this field to create a any comments or instructions. |
