FAQ - How do I create a new Out of Service room?
To create a new Out of Service room, open the Out of Service jump on the Room Management Workspace. When the Search screen appears, select New in the search results area. The Set Rooms Out of Service screen displays.
Enter or select the information required on the screen. The Remarks field is optional.

Enter or select the room to be placed Out of Service. |
From Date |
Enter or select the date you want the room to be identified as Out of Service. |
Through Date |
Enter or select the end date for the room to be Out of Service. |
Reason |
Enter or select a reason for the room to be Out of Service. You can display the selections in either Thumbnail or Table. |
Return Status |
Select a room status for when the room is no longer Out of Service (available for sale). |
Remarks |
Use this field to create a any comments or instructions. |
