FAQ - How can I edit an Out of Order room?
To edit an existing Out of Order room, use Search to locate the Out of Order room and select the record. Next, select Edit (Note: in Tab view, select Actions, then select Edit). The Set Rooms Out of Order screen displays.

From Date |
Displays the date the room was marked as Out of Order. This date cannot be changed. |
Through Date |
Edit or select the end date for the room to be Out of Order. |
Reason |
Edit or select a reason for the room to be Out of Order. You can display the selections in either Thumbnail view or Table view. |
Return Status |
Select a room status for when the room is no longer Out of Order (available for sale). |
Remarks |
Use this field to create a any comments or instructions. |
