FAQ - What are Arrangement Codes?

Arrangement codes are a way of grouping similar transactions together under a single code. For example, if you have a transaction code for breakfast food and a transaction code for breakfast beverage, you can define an Arrangement code that links them together under a single title, such as Breakfast Charge. When the guest folio is printed in arrangement code style, the individual postings for food and beverage are consolidated and printed as a single posting – Breakfast Charge (the details of the food and beverage component are hidden).
