The different levels of rate code protection are indicated by the following:
Partially Protected indicator. Jumps that are partially protected allow for certain fields to be edited.
Locked indicator. This indicates that a jump or a field is locked and cannot be edited.
A Blank space indicates that a jump or a field is unprotected.
