Floors and Sections are groupings of rooms for housekeeping and other purposes. Both Floors and Sections are established by room numbers or room types. They can be used to make attendant cleaning assignments in Task Sheets.

Floors typically represent rooms on various floors of a multi-story property, for example, rooms 2000 through 2020 on the second floor.
Sections may offer greater flexibility by representing rooms grouped by location, purpose, time of day, or other criteria. For example, a section could define all of the rooms facing the pool. Or, a section could represent only ocean view rooms located in several different buildings on the property. Sections also can be defined for AM and PM purposes.
