The Fast Postings function is designed to enable greater efficiency when charging the same purchase to many different rooms: for example, Housekeeping might use it to post "Laundry" charges to dozens of guests. In this case, you would select the Laundry article once, then simply change room numbers to post the article to each room.

FAQ - What is Fast Postings...

To use Fast Postings :

Select Fast Postings on the Post It screen.
Select an article or Transaction Code (the Code field and Amount field are populated automatically).
Enter the guest's room number. The Name field is populated automatically with the guest's name ( the guest's profile tile displays at the bottom of the screen).
Select Post. A confirmation notice displays.
Enter the next room number in the Room field and repeat steps 3 and 4 above to continue posting.
