The Task Sheets jump on the Room Management Workspace allows you to search for daily Task Sheets; however, there are two different types of Task Sheets. You can search for and display only one type of Task Sheet at a time.

To find Task Sheets for cleaning duties, enter or select a task code in the Task field.
To find Turndown Task Sheets, select the Turndown check box (the Task field becomes disabled).

Turndown Search turns off Task field

Selecting Turndown disables the Task field.
