FAQ - What Stay Revenue details display for the guest's reservation if someone else pays the bill?
If one or more transactions on the reservation are applied to another guest bill or billed to another party, the Stay Revenue Details still displays the revenue from the reservation, but shows separate folio(s), such as the example below:
Here, the Reservation is registered under "Darienne Taggent", but the company "Taggent Enterprises Ltd." was direct billed for the room charges and the extra revenue item.
