Packages Sold Separately [PACKAGES_SOLD_SEPARATELY]
Enables flagging packages as Sell Separate in configuration

The Packages Sold Separately parameter in Rate Management controls the Sell Separate check box displayed in Rate Packages, Package Codes, and Package Groups.

How it works:

If Packages Sold Separately is ON, selecting the Sell Separate check box allows you to sell packages separately from a package rate and attach them directly to a reservation. For example, if a rate code includes a breakfast package, selecting Sell Separate allows you to sell the breakfast package apart from the rate code.

Selecting Packages Sold Separately displays the following pop-up for toggling the parameter ON of OFF.

Revenue Posting by Market Code
Choose if revenue should be posted based on Rate Code Configuration or Market Code Mappings

Setting the parameter "Revenue Posting by Market Code" to ON displays a Transaction Code field on the Manage Market Code screen. This field allows you to assign a Transaction Code to a Market Code. By doing so, the Market Code attached to the Rate Code determines which transaction code is used when the rate code is posted.

The "Revenue Posting by Market Code" parameter adds a Transaction Code field on the Manage Market Code screen.

Parameter / Function Options

If the "Revenue Posting by Market Code" parameter is ON and the transaction code is mapped, room revenue is posted based on Market Code Mappings.
If the "Revenue Posting by Market Code" parameter is OFF (or ON, but a transaction code is not mapped) and the "Revenue Posting by Room Type/Room Class" function is ACTIVE, then room revenue is posted based on Room Type/Room Class mapping.
If the "Revenue Posting by Market Code" parameter is OFF (or ON, but a transaction code is not mapped) and the "Revenue Posting by Room Type/Room Class" function is INACTIVE, then room revenue is posted based on the rate code transaction code.

MyFidelio.net Rate Code Upload [MYFIDELIO_RATE_UPLOAD]
Activate to identify rate codes that should be uploaded to the MyFidelio.net application. An additional component checkbox will be displayed on the Rate Header configuration screen to identify these rate codes. This should only be enabled if your Opera ORS has a MyFidelio.net central connector.
