FAQ - How do I generate an Advance Bill?
Guests may request to pay all charges related to their stay at any time prior to checkout. When this occurs, the property generates an Advance Bill.
Generate an Advance Bill
To generate an Advance Bill for settlement, select "I Want To...Generate a Folio" on the Manage Billing screen and select Advance Bill.
The Advance Bill screen displays guest and reservation information on the left side of the screen. On the right side, you can select one of the following options:
After your selection, select Apply Advance Charges to settle the folio and generate the Advance Bill.
