Creating Housekeeping Attendant Schedules
The Housekeeping Attendant function lets you create attendant schedules. The schedules identify attendants, their assigned section or floor, working days, and other information. After creating schedules, you can assign the attendants to housekeeping task sheets.
Use the Accommodation Management workspace to access the Housekeeping Attendant function.
How Do I . . .
Create Attendant Schedules
Select Housekeeping Attendants on the Accommodation Management workspace, then select New. Provide the following information:
Property - enter your property name.
Code - create a code for the attendant using characters or numbers.
Description - create a text description to help you identify the attendant; for example, the person's name.
Application User - select a user from the list of available individuals.
Section - assign a section to the attendant from the list of configured Housekeeping Sections.
Floor - assign a floor to the attendant from the list of configured floors.
Mobile No - enter the attendant's mobile number, if known.
Working Days - select to remove the day(s) of the week from the attendant's schedule (the default shows all days of the week assigned to the attendant).

Set the following property controls for working with attendant schedules:
ROOM MANAGEMENT:
- Set the Housekeeping Task Schedule function to Active
- Set the Attendant Schedule parameter to On.
- Enter Facility in the Housekeeping Credits setting field.
- Enter a number in the Max Credits Per Attendant setting field.
