Open Cashiers
The Open Cashiers function displays status information about open cashier "sessions." The information provides the date and time cashiers open and close their session, the Times Opened, and Maximum Daily Use.

The following view-only information is presented on the Open Cashiers screen.
Status |
Description |
Cashier number |
Cashier ID number assigned during Cashier setup. |
Cashier Name |
A person's name assigned to the Cashier ID during Cashier setup. |
Maximum Daily Use |
Number of times a cashier can close and re-open in one business day. This value is set during Cashier setup. |
Times Opened |
The number of times the Cashier was opened since the last End of Day processing. |
Opened Time |
Most recent time the Cashier was opened since the last End of Day processing. |
Last Closed Time |
Most recent time the Cashier was closed since the last End of Day processing. This field is blank if the Cashier has not yet closed since the last End of Day processing. |
