FAQ - What's the difference between Hold All and Hold?
Hold All is universally applied and affects all Travel Agents / Sources. It is available on the Manage Commissions workspace and when selected stops the processing of all commissions for all Travel Agents / Sources. Use the Release All function to remove the Hold All status.
Unlike Hold All, Hold is specific only to a Travel Agent, Source, or Reservation you have selected. It is available from the Actions option and stops the processing of commissions for the selected Travel Agent, Source, or Reservation. Use the Release function to remove the Hold status.
