FAQ - How can I find out more about a specific reservation?
Use the Reservations tab to search for reservations. Each found reservation includes summary type information such as the guest's name, reservation confirmation number, current status (e.g. Arrived, Departed), and more. To see complete details, select a specific reservation, select Actions, and choose one of the options, which include Go to Reservation, Go to Profile, Go to Billing, and others.
