FAQ - How can I find an AR Account Number?
The AR (Account Receivable) Account number can be found on the guest’s Manage Profile Accounts Receivables screen. To access the guest’s Account Receivables information: (1) select a reservation, (2) click on Actions, and (3) select ‘Go to Profile.’
The AR Account number is a required identifier for each account being created (an accounts receivable may have multiple accounts). The account number can be alphanumeric.
