FAQ - How can I research folio history?
The folio history is a record of transactions during a guest’s stay. The Folio History screen provides summary information and a link to the folio history report. Summary details provide the profile name (with a folio number next to it), stay date(s), charges, and room number.
You can access the folio history of a selected reservation from the Commission workspace by doing the following:
The Send to link in the upper right side of the screen displays the Report Destination screen. Use this screen to select a folio style and print, email, fax, or preview the folio history.
