FAQ - If a reservation isn't shown with a Travel Agent / Source, how can I attach it?

If a reservation does not have the proper Travel Agent / Source attached to the reservation, you can manually correct the situation using the 'Attach Existing Reservation' function within the Actions function.

Attach Existing Reservation

1. Search & Begin

1a. Search to locate the Travel Agent / Source, select Actions, and select Go to Commissions

1b. Locate your Travel Agent / Source, select Actions and choose Attach Existing Reservation

2. Highlight & Attach

2a. From the pop-up Search and Select - Reservation screen, search for the Reservation

2b. From the list of search results, select the Reservation in question, then choose Select Reservation

3. Confirm

3a. Confirm your choice on the pop-up screen that appears.

To Detach Reservation

  1. Select the reservation
  2. Select Actions and choose Detach Reservation
  3. The reservation is removed
