Use the Search Transaction feature to locate transactions posted to the guest folio displayed on the Manage Billing screen. The feature is accessed by selecting Actions on the Manage Billing screen.

Search Transaction allows you to search for the following:

All transactions associated with the selected reservation by leaving all search fields empty.
Specific transactions using one or more search criteria (Transaction Code, Cashier Id, Window, Start or End Dates, Description, Check number, Reference, and/or Supplement).

Transaction search results display in rows with column headings for the transaction date, transaction code, transaction code description, amount, and other information related to each listed transaction.

Select a Transaction Code to make allowable changes to the transaction. The transaction type determines the changes you can make:

If the transaction is a payment, a payment screen appears. You can edit Reference, Supplement, Check No., or Covers information.
If the transaction is a charge, you can edit the price, quantity, revenue posting date, Arrangement, Supplement, Reference, Check No., and Covers.
