Viewing Profile Awards / Certificates
The Awards / Certificates jump on Manage Profiles shows you any awards/certificates available to guests. Guests can apply awards/certificates to reservations for specials discounts, free nights, or other offerings.
Awards or certificates provide information such as a certificate number, discount or offer summary, value (in points), and whether the award/certificate is available for use.
