Manage Share Reservation Rates
A Share Reservation enables multiple guests to occupy the same room, but each guest has a separate billing and folio. The stay dates for the guests can be staggered; however, all guests must share at least one night of the stay.
Use Look to Book to create share reservations. You can book a share reservation under a main guest profile, add other sharers, and select the rate sharing method during the booking process.
Use the Shares jump on Manage Reservations to manage share reservations.
- Add guests to a share reservation by searching for existing profiles or by creating new profiles.
- Combine existing reservations or newly created reservations in a single room (provided there is some overlap of stay dates).
- Determine the rate share between the sharing guests.
- Separate share reservations and assign new rooms.
