Configuring Transaction Subgroup Templates
In a multi property environment, you can create Transaction Subgroup templates and copy them to properties. Use the Transaction Configuration Workspace to configure Transaction Subgroup templates:
- Under Financial, select Transaction Management and then select Transaction Subgroups.
- Select New and complete the fields/check boxes described in the tables below.
- Select Save. The Transaction Subgroups – Template list appears showing the new template and a list of any other templates that have been created.

Copying Transaction Subgroup Templates to Properties
You can copy Transaction Subgroup templates to properties using the Copy function:
- Under Financial, select Transaction Management and then select Transaction Subgroup.
- Select Copy.
- On the Code Selection screen, Search for Transaction Subgroups to copy.
- From you search results, select one or more Subgroups and then select Add.
- On the Target Property screen, enter the target property name.
- On the Review and Copy screen, start the copy process.
- The system creates a property record in the respective properties that’s ready for use.
