Working with Individual Positions (WPOS)
Purpose: Use the Individual Position file to define valid position codes for individuals within organizations who purchase your merchandise. You must specify a position for each individual.

System control value: The Individual Position for Consumer Customers (G02) system control value plays a role in determining when you must specify an individual in order entry, or if the system should create and/or assign an individual automatically. See the Individuals Required in Order Entry (E01) system control value.
Download to web storefront: The Downloading B2B E-Commerce Static Files (BBED) menu option allows you to extract individual positions for download to the web storefront.

How to display this screen: Enter WPOS in the Fast path field at the top of any menu or select Work with Individual Positions from a menu.

Create a new position |
Press F6 to advance to the Create Individual Position Screen. |
Change a position |
Enter 2 next to a position to advance to the Change Individual Position Screen. |
Delete a position |
Enter 4 next to a position to delete it. Note: The system allows you to delete a position regardless of whether there are individuals assigned to it. |
Display a position |
Enter 5 next to a position to advance to the Display Individual Position Screen. |
Create Individual Position Screen
Purpose: Use this screen to create an individual position.
How to display this screen: Press F6 at the Work with Individual Position Screen.

Change Individual Position Screen
To change: Enter 2 next to a position at the Work with Individual Position Screen to advance to the Change Individual Position screen. You can change the Description or the Department required fields on this screen. See Create Individual Position Screen for field descriptions.
Display Individual Position Screen
To display: Enter 5 next to a position at the Work with Individual Position Screen to advance to the Display Individual Position screen. You cannot change any information on this screen. See Create Individual Position Screen for field descriptions.
