Purging Subscriptions (MPCS)

Purpose: The Purge Customer Subscriptions is a "housekeeping" routine that you can use to delete any expired or canceled subscription records from the Customer Subscription file. This is necessary because these records remain on file until they are purged.

How to display this screen: Enter MPCS in the Fast path field at the top of any menu or select this option from a menu.

Instructions:

1. Enter the date (in MMDDYY format) through which you want to cancel subscriptions.

2. Enter Y at the Confirm prompt (that appears in the lower right of your screen). The system submits the PURGE_SUBS job and generates the Purge Customer Subscription List.
