Submit Warehouse List Exception Reports (WHLE)

Purpose: Use the Submit Warehouse List Exception Reports menu option to generate the following reports:

• Warehouse List Exceptions Report: this report lists each warehouse list that does not contain at least one HDL warehouse and one non-HDL warehouse.

• Item Warehouse Exceptions Report: this report lists each item that does not have at least one item warehouse record for a non-HDL warehouse in each warehouse list.

An HDL (Home Delivery) warehouse represents a delivery service provider that provides "white glove" home delivery service. Instead of shipping products directly to the customer, the system sends the products to the HDL, who in turn, delivers the products to the customer. For example, you may wish to use a home delivery service for large items, such as furniture or appliances, that require someone to carry and set up the item in the customer’s home or business. Submit Warehouse List Exception Report Screen

Use this screen to submit the Warehouse List Exception reports.

To generate:

1. Enter Y in the Submit warehouse list exception report field if you wish to generate the Warehouse List Exceptions Report.

2. Enter Y in the Submit item/warehouse exception report field if you wish to generate the Item Warehouse Exceptions Report.

3. Press F9. A message similar to the following displays, indicating the report(s) have been generated: Job 880755/KBOTTGER/WHSLST_EXC submitted to job queue.

How to display this screen: Enter WHLE in the Fast path field or select Submit Warehouse List Exception Reports from a menu.

Field	Description
Submit warehouse list exception report	Indicates whether you wish to generate the Warehouse List Exceptions Report. Valid values: Y = Generate the Warehouse List Exceptions report. N (default) = Do not generate the Warehouse List Exceptions report. Alphanumeric, 1 position; required.
Submit item/warehouse exception report	Indicates whether you wish to generate the Item Warehouse Exceptions Report. Valid values: Y = Generate the Item Warehouse Exceptions report. N (default) = Do not generate the Item Warehouse Exceptions report. Alphanumeric, 1 position; required.
