Working with Properties (PROP)
Purpose: Use the Work with Properties menu option to define configuration settings used by the application.
Use this screen to update a configuration setting.
How to display this screen: Enter PROP in the Fast path field at the top of a menu or select Work with Properties from a menu.

The PURGECS Purge Sold To Customers periodic function (program name PFR0097) purges sold to customers that are older than the number of days defined in the Customer Purge Days property. To be eligible for purge, the system verifies that: • there are no open orders for the customer. • there are no open refunds for the customer. • there are no open returns for the customer. • there is no open A/R for the customer. • there are no open ticklers for the customer. • there are no catalog requests for the customer. • there are no open memberships for the customer.
