Below the page title are four lines of fields:

• Rule Type - Radio buttons for selecting Table, Schema, or Global. The radio button for Table is selected.

• Statement Type - Radio buttons for selecting Both, DDL, or DML.

• Secured Target Schema - a drop-down list

• Secured Target Table - a drop-down list.
