The right side of the screen can be split into two partitions horizontally. The top partition displays the Uploaded Reports. The top right corner has two buttons: Delete and Upload.

Below is a search field with a Go button at the right. Next to this on the right, is the Actions drop down field.

There is a message displayed below the search field: No Uploaded Reports found.

The bottom partition displays the Pre-configured Reports. The report consists of a table with 6 columns. The first column displays the Report Name. The second column displays the Report Description. The third column displays the Category. The fourth column displays the schedule. The fifth column displays the Download Report Template. The sixth column displays the Download Report Definition.
