This screen shot displays the Database Schema Changes Report. The screen shot can be split into three partitions horizontally.
The top partition has a search field with a Go button at the right. Next to that on the right, is the Actions drop down field.
The middle partition has the following check boxes:
To filter the events with the event name SUPER USER DDL.
To filter the events that fall in the last 24 hours.
To filter the events with the user name SYS.
To filter based on Secured Target Name.
The bottom partition displays the report. The report consists of a table with 5 columns. The first column displays the Event Time. The second column displays the Event Name. The third column displays the Command Text. The fourth column displays the Event Status. The fifth column displays the User Name.
