This screen shot displays the Database Schema Changes Report. The screen shot can be split into three partitions horizontally.

The top partition has a search field with a Go button at the right. Next to that are two icons. And next to them on the right, is the Actions drop down field.

The middle partition has the following check boxes listed one below the other:

1. To filter the events that fall in the last 24 hours.

2. To filter based on Secured Target Name.

Below this there is an option Edit Chart. In the screen this check box is ticked.

The bottom partition displays the Database Schema Changes report.
