This figure contains a workflow describing the process of account synchronization starting from the event notification to synchronization in the Elastic Charging Server. The components and their actions shown in the figure are as follows. On the BRM server, event notification triggers a call to the Account Synchronization opcodes associated with an event and the opcodes pass the event information to the Payload Generator EM. Again, on the BRM server, the Payload Generator EM passes the information to the Account Synchronization DM which sends the business events to a database queue. The database queue is shown in the figure to sit outside of the BRM server. The Customer Updater is shown inside the ECE cluster. The Customer Updater dequeues the business event from the database queue and loads the BRM update information into the Elastic Charging Servers.
