Modifying General Table Properties

Administrators can modify general table properties such as the display name and the number of rows displayed on a page.

To modify general table properties:

  1. From the Tools menu, choose Data Editor.

  2. In the Actions column next to the table you want to edit, click the Edit icon. This displays the Table Configuration opened to the General tab.

  3. You can modify the following properties:

Display Name - Enter a different name for the table. This will be displayed on the list of tables.

Description - Enter a description that will help users identify the purpose of the table.

No. of rows per page - Enter the number of rows that will be displayed on each page when a user views the table.

  1. Click the Save toolbar button at the top of the page to save the properties.

Note: The DB Name field cannot be modified.
