You can view a document without having to see all the navigation features, such as toolbars, menus, and panels that are available on the interface. This lets you maximize the amount of data you can view at one time.
To use Full Screen mode in a document:
Open the document in Express or Interactive mode.
Do one of the following:
From the Home menu, select Full Screen Mode.
From the Standard toolbar, select the Full Screen Mode icon .
Press F12.
All the menus, toolbars, and panels are removed from the screen, except the Standard toolbar and the Grouping panel.
To have all documents in a project executed in Full Screen mode:
Form the Admin menu, select User Preferences link at the top right of the screen. The User Preferences page is displayed.
From the Settings list, select General.
In the Output Formats area, from the Full Screen Mode Behavior for Documents drop-down list, select the Always open this document in full screen mode check box.
Click the Apply button at the bottom to confirm the changes.
To switch from Full Screen mode back to the normal screen mode in a document:
In a document currently displayed in Full Screen mode, do one of the following:
From the Standard toolbar, select the Restore Normal Screen Mode icon .
Press F12.
The menus, toolbars, and panels are displayed again.
You can also zoom in and out of a document, as described in Zooming in or out on a document.
