Enabling Features for a Group

You can enable or disable features for a group in the Feature Security tab of the Group Editor. Group members inherit the features assigned to the group and retain access to all features enabled for them at the user level. The privileges given to members for each feature are dependent on the user type of the user.

 

To enable a feature for a group:

  1. From the Admin menu, choose User Manager. This displays the User Manager.

  2. Click the name of the group you want to modify.

  3. In the Actions column, click the Edit icon . This displays the Group Editor.

  4. Click the Feature Security tab.

  5. Select the check box next to each feature you want to enable for the group.
