Navigating through Folders

Using the Navigation Tool Bar and Folder Path

You can use the navigation toolbar just below the menu bar to navigate through the application. The folder path in the toolbar shows the folders you have just navigated through.

Click a folder name go to any folder in the path.
Use the Back and Forward buttons on the toolbar to navigate back and forth between screens.

Displaying folders and objects in a tree hierarchy, in a list, or as icons

Use the following tools to display lists of folders, and objects within folders in various ways:

Icon view: Displays objects as large icons. Click View: Icon at the top of any folder screen.
List view: Displays objects in a list. Click View: List at the top of any folder screen.
Show Navigation Tree: Displays folders on the left in a hierarchically structured view. Click the Show Navigation Tree icon located at the top of any folder page. Objects on the right can be displayed in either Icon view or List view. Expand and collapse the levels of the tree to display or hide groups of folders or enable List or Icon view to determine how objects in the folder tree appear on the right side of the screen.

Viewing the project status

Project status messages are displayed either at the top or bottom of the home screen. The project status may include messages from the system administrator when work is being performed on certain objects in the project. The status also usually includes a date and time stamp.
