Lookups Project Defaults

When you choose Lookups from the Project Defaults, Settings list, a Lookups page is displayed that lets you create and modify lookup values (IDs and descriptions) for selected attributes. These values are stored in the lookup table for each attribute, and are used in reporting and for element browsing. The ID represents the stored value, i.e. - Tender Type Code or District Number, and the description represents the textual description, i.e. - Tender Type Description or District Name. The ID, description, or both may be displayed on reporting.

Note: If modifying the lookup will affect the lookup values for other attributes, these are noted to the right of the Browse List. This is also true for adding and deleting lookup values.
