Watch Status Project Defaults

When you choose Watch Status from the Project Defaults, Settings list, a Watch Status page is displayed that lets you create and modify Store and Cashier watch statuses. The watch status is applied when the store or cashier is added to the watch list.

The following Watch Status actions are available:

Add - Click the Add icon to create a new watch status.

Edit - Click the Edit icon to edit the currently selected watch status. You are prompted to change the description of the watch status.

Delete - Click the Delete icon to delete the selected watch status.

Important: Deleting a watch status will remove all stores or cashiers that are currently assigned to that watch status from the watch list. The action cannot be undone even by recreating the watch status. All watch list history will remain.

Move Up, Move Down arrows - Use the directional arrows to move a status up or down a position. This is how it will be displayed in the drop-down list presented to the user.

Click Apply in the tab where you made changes. This saves the changes to the watch statuses on the active tab.

Note: If a watch status is enclosed in brackets, this indicates it was created in a different language and has not yet been translated.
