Once you have added derived metrics to a quick dashboard, you can quickly edit the definition of a derived metric, or delete derived metrics from the quick dashboard.
The following procedures assume you have already created the derived metric you want to edit or delete.
You must have Edit Dashboard and Run Dashboard privileges.
To edit a derived metric in a quick dashboard
Click the name of the quick dashboard to open it.
In the Dataset Objects panel, hover the cursor over the derived metric, then click the arrow icon. A list of options is displayed.
Select Edit. The New Metric Editor opens.
Select the appropriate options to define the metric, then click OK. For detailed steps, see Creating a new derived metric from scratch.
To delete a derived metric from a quick dashboard
Click the name of the quick dashboard to open it.
In the Dataset Objects panel, hover the cursor over the derived metric, then click the arrow icon. A list of options is displayed.
Select Delete. The derived metric is removed from the quick dashboard.
