Editing and translating a question

In the Project Explorer, select the Forms and Transactions Explorer bar.

In the Project Explorer, select the Items Explorer bar.
Select a form or item, and select the Layout tab.
From the Locale menu on the toolbar, select a locale for which you want to edit or translate text.
Right-click a question, and select Edit Question.
The text of the question becomes editable.
Type the question text, and press Enter.
