Saving a search in the Users Browser

Select Actions > Save Search to Repository. The Actions menu is located at the top of the browser.
The Save Search to Repository dialog box appears.
Optionally, type a description for the search.
Select an option:
- Just me—Only you can see and use the search.
- Everyone—Everyone can see and use the search.
Click Save.
