Removing a form from a signature group

In the Project Explorer, select Study Information > Administration.
The Study Administration workspace appears.
Select the Signature Groups tab.
The Signature Groups editor appears.
Select the signature group from which to remove a form.
Select the form to remove.
Click Remove.
Click OK.
