Viewing Japanese characters

Perform these steps if you are unable to view Japanese characters.

1. Select Start > Control Panel > Regional and Language Options.
2. Select the Languages tab.
3. Select Install files for East Asian languages.
4. Click OK.
5. Restart your computer.
