Changing a subject number

1. If the InForm application finds a subject number conflict, an error message appears.
2. Click OK.

   The Subject Record Transfer page appears.

   Note: The Subject Number field is now editable.

3. Change the Subject Number field to a number that is not currently used at the destination site.
4. Click Submit.

   The subject transfer transaction is complete.
