Report header and footer

The report header displays the report title and study name. The header can also display a logo.

The report footer contains the following data.

Footer label	Description
Run at	Date and time the report was run.
Page	Page number, centered in the footer. In HTML reports, only the page number appears. In PDF reports, the page number and total page count appear.
Data as of	Date and time that data was last replicated to the Reporting and Analysis database.
