Basic User Info

Deployment ID

GUID of the deployment request.

Package name

Name of the package given by user.

Execution time

Time the deployment process starts in the local time of your browser.

Note: This date time is stored as UTC in the InForm server.

Status

Deployment status.

• Succeeded
• Failed

  If this occurs:

  • Review the deployment logs and determine if there is an issue with the study design.
  • Contact Oracle Global Support if there appears to be a problem in the hosted environment.
• Canceled
• Deploying
• Scheduled

Action

Links that are dependent on the Status. This option changes according to the current status.

• View log— Available for deployments that have been completed. Displays all logged messages for the package written by the deployment process.
• Delete log—Available for deployments that have been completed. Deletes all the log records in the database and the entire deployment specific archive folder for the selected deployment package.
• Cancel—Available for a deployment that has been scheduled but not started. Allows you to cancel a scheduled deployment before the deployment starts.

Deployment Package

Name of the deployment package to run.

Browse/Choose File

Use to browse to and select a deployment package on your local server. The button text varies depending on your browser.

Note: This button is visible only if the selected study does not require deployment approval.

Scheduled Time

Click to open a calendar control that you can use to select a time and date to deploy the selected package.

Upload

Click to start the deployment.
