Accessing the form from the Source Verification Listing page

1. In the navigation toolbar, click Monitor.

   The Source Verification Listing page appears. For a description of the fields on this page, see Source Verification Listing page.

2. Optionally, filter the list of forms. For more information, see Filtering the Source Verification listing.
3. In the CRF column, click the abbreviation for the form whose data you want to source verify.
