Extracting SiteWand File

Extract the SiteWand file as follows:

1. Change directory to IETRACK_ROOT.
2. Extract SiteWand-Linux_x86_64.zip or SiteWand-Windows_x86_64.zip file.

The extracted files will be under the IETRACK_ROOT directory.
